Extra Virgin Galega

This special extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from the Galega Vulgar variety. Known for its green apple and/or almond flavours and aromas, depending on its ripeness, this olive oil is very fresh and slightly sweet. The perfect olive oil for those who like to try something new in their course dishes.

Extraction: Mechanical, at low temperature.
Acidity: Up to 0.5%.
