The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Selection displays the best of each harvest. Obtained from small quantities with exceptional aromatic characteristics, it is extracted at low temperatures to preserve all the olive’s aromas. The olive varieties used come from the finest Alentejo groves.
After processed, the result is an olive oil that is not filtered in any way and one that is 100% natural. This olive oil has a green hue, is slightly cloudy with a mild built up. Something for the true connoisseurs of the primitive and authentic tastes of extra virgin olive oil.

Varieties: Galega Vulgar, Cordovil de Serpa, Cobrançosa and Verdeal Alentejana.
Extraction: Mechanical, at low temperature.
Acidity: Up to 0.4%.
Olive oil/Food Pairings: Ideal for a gourmet touch in dishes like carpaccio, cold salads, grilled vegetables, grilled mushrooms, canapés and pastries.
