Our olives come from the finest groves in southern Portugal. Processed in our press plant using methods that respect cultural traditions and guarantees a 100% pure oil preserving the olives’ flavours, aromas and original freshness.
Cold extracted, this oil presents an early green aroma and a velvety texture with a slightly spicy finish. Ideal for cooking, seasoning and starters.

Varieties: Galega Vulgar, Cobrançosa, Verdeal Alentejana, Cordovil de Serpa and Arbequina.
Extraction: Mechanical, at low temperature.
Acidity: Up to 0.5%.
Olive oil/Food Pairings: This olive oil is suited to all types of dishes, from salads, starters and toast to grilled food.
Formats: 500 ml, 750 ml and 3L.
