Our olives come from the finest groves in southern Portugal. They are processed at our press using methods that respect cultural traditions for an olive oil that is 100% pure and one that preserves all the flavour, aroma and freshness of the olives picked to produce it.
Cold-pressed, this oil is well-structured and balanced with a ripe, fruity and smooth taste. Ideal for the high temperature cooking of roast dishes and fried food.
Varieties: Galega Vulgar, Cobrançosa e Verdeal Alentejana, Cordovil Alentejana e Arbequina.
Extraction: Mechanical , in low temperature.
Acidity: Up to 0,9%.
